What decides the price of curtains
Two curtains for two windows of the same size can cost very different amounts. These are the things that move the price:
- Window size. Wider and taller windows need more fabric and a longer track or pole.
- Fabric. Sheer, linen, velvet, silk and blackout fabrics are priced differently.
- Lining. A blackout or thermal lining adds material and sewing.
- Fullness and heading. Wave, pinch pleat and eyelet headings use different amounts of fabric.
- Track, pole or motor. Motorized curtains add a motor and control system.
- Fitting and warranty. Ask whether they are included.
Where Waves prices start
Waves curtains start from AED 800 for a 3×2 window. Your exact price depends on the fabric and size, and we confirm it on the spot, the same day, at a free home visit.
Every curtain is made to measure, fitted in under 3 days and backed by a 12-month warranty.
How to compare quotes properly
A lower total does not always mean a lower price for the same thing. Ask each supplier for the same specification in writing:
- Fabric name or sample, and the lining.
- Fullness (how many times the window width in fabric).
- Track, pole or motor, and who supplies it.
- Whether stitching, delivery and fitting are included.
- How long until fitting, and what the warranty covers.
Seeing real fabric samples in your own light before you decide makes it easier to choose between price levels.
How to get an exact price
The quickest way is a free visit. A consultant comes to your home with samples, measures your windows and prices them in front of you. There is no obligation, and you can say no. See what happens at a free home visit, or browse custom curtains in Dubai.
