1. Who we are

Waves Curtains And Blinds ("we", "us") is a curtains and blinds supplier and installer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect through www.wavescurtainsandblinds.ae, why, and the choices you have.

2. Data we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone / WhatsApp number, email address, the service you are interested in and any message you write, when you submit a quote form, call us or message us on WhatsApp.
• Technical and advertising data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and – if you arrive from a Google ad – the Google click ID (gclid) and campaign parameters (UTM) that tell us which advert brought you to the site.

3. How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry, arrange a free site visit and prepare a quotation.
• To deliver, install and support the products you order.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising, and to detect invalid or fraudulent ad clicks.
• To prevent spam and abuse of our forms.

4. Cookies and third-party tools

We use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity (anonymous session recordings and heatmaps). These tools set cookies or use similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising. 5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website, advertising and communications (for example Google and Microsoft, and our email provider), with our installation team when needed to complete your job, and where the law requires.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for up to 24 months afterwards for customer-service and accounting purposes, then deleted or anonymised. We use technical and organisational measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and spam protection to protect your data.

7. Your rights
